The special elasticated thread is twisted around tiny sections of hair and includes your new hair blend. There are probably 10-15 twists per knot then the knot is tied. It is rare to lose any knots with the correct brushing. Because the knots are so tiny, once they drop (in a week or two) away from the head, its super easy to put your hair up.
